Refund policy
You can return products purchased from woolnut.com as long as they are unused and undamaged. Items must be returned in their original packaging and include your order number or other proof of purchase.
How to make a return
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing support@woolnut.com.
- Return the product within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
United States: If you are returning a product from the United States, please contact support@woolnut.com before shipping your return. We will provide you with the correct return instructions.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Refunds
Once we have received and processed your return, your refund will be issued within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the purchase, including your credit card or PayPal account.
For orders within the European Union, VAT will be included in the refund. Duties and taxes paid on orders shipped outside the European Union are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Please check your order when you receive it. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact support@woolnut.com as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
